SantaPhone is designed for parent-controlled experiences. Child profile details should be used only to personalize the requested call. Camera recording is optional and requires an explicit parent or guardian choice.

The starter implementation records the keepsake in the browser and presents the resulting file to the parent for local saving. It does not automatically upload the video.

Before production launch, replace this starter text with a reviewed privacy policy covering retention periods, subprocessors, payment data, AI processing, children's privacy requirements and contact information.
